Newport, WA (20/ 03/06) - Launched in late 2005, 'Get Scrubbed!' is a special re-working of the popular 'Silk 'n Sugar Body Scrub' by Valhalla Soap Company. It has been designed especially for hardworking gardeners to treat their skin after a busy day with their hands in the soil. 'Get Scrubbed!' contains pumice and sugars to remove ground in dirt, while silk protein and soothing oils hydrate, moisturize and protect the skin ready for the next busy day. "I myself am an avid gardener, so I perfected this scrub on my own hands after working outdoors," explains company founder and product designer Donna Dimick. The product was really put to the test recently when a group of professional gardeners tried it out. They loved the feel of the rich, decadent scrub, and how it left their hands afterwards. Even the men - who were cautious about trying such a 'girlie' product - ended up being won over by 'Get Scrubbed!' In fact, the product has been so successful with men that Donna's next challenge is to create a similar product that will tackle the oil, dirt and grease that builds up on a mechanic's hands!
